Because these are downloadable PDF files delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a program has been downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue with your download — such as a corrupted file, a broken download link, or you never received access to your purchase — contact us at grittrainingsro@gmail.com and we’ll make it right by resending the file or resolving the access issue.
