Our Story
I’ve been passionate about movement, sport, and competition for as long as I can remember. I started playing soccer when I was 5 and picked up my first set of weights at age 10. That early interest in training stuck with me—I’ve always been fascinated by how strength and conditioning can transform not just performance, but confidence and mindset.
Over the years, I continued playing and coaching, eventually taking on more responsibility with the teams I was involved in. I helped lead Deacon Blue FC to a title—an experience that deepened my belief in consistent training, structure, and doing the little things right.
I launched Grit Athletic Training to bring those same principles to youth athletes. Whether you’re in your off-season or chasing a starting spot, I’ll meet you where you are and help you build the strength, speed, and focus you need to level up.
Our Philosophy
- Train smart, move with purpose, build consistency.
- We use a seasonal training model to match each athlete’s sport calendar.
- Small group and private sessions allow for individualized coaching and feedback.
- We focus on movement quality, injury prevention, and confidence.
- We teach athletes how to build habits and mindset, not just physical ability.
