How the Program Works

The program runs across 3 progressive phases, each building on the last.

Phase 1 builds your athletic foundation — movement quality, lower body strength, and acceleration mechanics. You’ll develop the base that makes everything else possible.

Phase 2 shifts to power development — heavier compound movements, contrast training, and plyometric progressions that build the explosive strength football demands.

Phase 3 peaks with speed and sport-specific work — top-end speed, change of direction, and football-specific conditioning. By the end of Phase 3 you’ll be faster, stronger, and more explosive than when you started.
